£70,000 - £100,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

CY Partners are proud to have been selected as partner supporting an innovative pharmaceutical research organisation, which is actively engaged in a suite of services in translational drug discovery and development. Working in their state-of-the-art facilities in London, they run innovative research programs which include manufacturing medicinal compounds to support drug discovery and clinical research and development.
Responsibilities of the Cyclotron Operation Manager:
- Working on the frontlines of innovation, operating and maintaining multiple cyclotrons and overseeing a small team.
- Ensuring full compliance across cyclotrons and their associated systems to stringent regulatory standards.
- Contributing directly to improving healthcare globally by working to support isotope and radiopharmaceutical production and distribution for clinical trials and research.
- Leading a skilled team in a supportive and collaborative environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
What you'll bring:
- A passion for science and technology, with a degree (or equivalent) in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrable experience in PET cyclotron operation and maintenance, including radioactive material handling.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety, compliance, and quality .
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proven line management experience.
- A positive and proactive attitude, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to something meaningful.
