HR Manager
Location: Sunderland
Salary: £45,000 Pro rata
Part time - 3 days per week
CY Partners are currently recruiting for a dedicated HR Manager to join a North East based Pharmaceutical manufacturer. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the HR system.
- Supporting recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
- Advising and supporting Team Leaders with people strategy.
- Providing career planning and lifecycle development for employees.
- Developing and implementing an effective HR management system.
- Monitoring HR systems and policies to ensure compliance.
Role Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- CIPD level 5 qualification.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance legislation.
- Excellent time management and analytical reporting skills.
- Proven ability in building a people strategy aligned to the business for growth and sustainability.
