Marketing Operations Manager

CY Partners is supporting a well-established international life sciences organisation operating in the diagnostics space, as they look to appoint a Marketing Operations Manager to support continued growth across global markets.
This is a broad, hands-on role sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy, technical content and commercial execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing operations, lead a small team and work closely with UK and international sales stakeholders to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
The Role
- Lead and develop a small marketing operations team, setting priorities and maintaining high delivery standards
- Drive the creation of high-quality marketing materials and campaigns for technical and commercial audiences
- Own internal marketing communications and social media activity
- Support customer and distributor training through the development of technical tools and materials
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on customer-facing initiatives, events and market insight
- Attend industry events and onsite visits to gather intelligence and identify new product or technology opportunities
The Ideal Profile
- Degree-qualified in Marketing, Life Sciences or a related
- Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, ideally within life sciences or another technical sector
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling content
- Proven experience delivering marketing strategies and product positioning
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Hands on design capability, including proficiency with Adobe InDesign
