Microbiologist
Location: Durham
Pay rate: £18.71 p/h increasing to £20.79 after 6 months
Contract Length: 12 Months
CY Partners is excited to be working with a prominent Pharmaceutical company in County Durham, who is seeking an experienced Microbiologist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis in alignment with GMP standards.
- Ensure all microbiological procedures are followed, documented, and reported accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of microbiology equipment.
- Perform investigations of microbiological incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and sample testing.
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a microbiology role within industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
