Key Responsibilities:
- Develop laboratory processes, methods and tests in order to measure the performance of new products and processes.
- Implement, evaluate and report on experimental programmes in order to develop new products and technology platforms for the business.
- Maintain laboratory instrumentation, equipment and systems so that they are safe, optimised and available for use.
- Plan and implement programmes of process development, reporting results, conclusions and recommendations for further work as appropriate or as requested.
Role Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or a related field, with relevant experience.
- Strong research focussed
- Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting of chemical processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
