As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in manufacturing lab consumables such as sera, buffers and diluents, as well as reviewing working functions within production departments, implementing improvements across the business, troubleshooting and working with wider teams.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the manufacturing of sera, buffers, diluents and more.
- Package and label products as and where required. As well as ordering of non-stock lab equipment and consumables.
- Be actively involved in process improvement functions.
- Troubleshooting issues that arise in the production department.
- Work in adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines, regulations and standards.
- Work to GLP and conduct duties detailed by management staff.
- Work and communicate effectively within a team setting.
About You:
- Hold a relevant degree in a related scientific discipline.
- Have some prior experience and/or knowledge of a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
- Competent in the use of computers, programmes and software.
