Senior LC-MS Development Scientist

Location: York

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000

CY Partners have an exiting opportunity to join an environmentally focused organisation as a Senior LC-MS Development Scientist. Working at a state of the art facility near York you would be involved in the design and execution of metabolite identification studies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Use advanced analytical techniques including LC-MS and NMR to identify and characterise metabolites
• Develop and validate analytical methods for metabolite identification.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and commercial customers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience in in analytical techniques including LC-MS. 
• Previous experience in metabolite identification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines is highly desirable.
