Senior QA Officer - Pharmaceuticals

Location: North East England

Salary: £32,000

Are you an experienced QA Officer with a background in the pharmaceutical industry? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior QA Officer to join a leading pharmaceutical company in the North East of England. As the Senior QA Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products manufactured on site.

Role Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving batch documentation and associated records
• Conducting and coordinating GMP audits and self-inspections
• Assist in the preparation and dispatch of customer QA package
• Participating in investigations, deviations, and change controls
• Supporting the maintenance of quality management systems
• Providing GMP training and guidance to staff

Role Requirements:

• Strong understanding and experience working with GMP regulations
• Proven background in pharmaceutical quality assurance (QA/QC)
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
